Me and my family absolutely love coming to visit your store. Always so much to see. I am surprised we have not left with more animals. The maltzhu (I think) puppies that we saw last visit would melt your heart. Absolutely beautiful. Don't let negative people get you down. You do an amazing job. It is hard in a world of wingers to do what you do. Wait until they have kids and understand what mess is. We will continue to support you and your business.

Disgusting place, every part of the shop had its own disgusting smell. A big hole in the wall which smelled like rats where living. Cockroaches crawling around the place. The fish where jammed pack in tanks, dead fish rotting away on bottom of the tanks. Worker ask if we were "all good". Walked out feeling sick and sorry for the animals in that conditions. Definitely would not recommend this business it needs to be shut down or maybe some knowledge.

The poor conditions & treatment of animals kept at this pet store are appalling. Rspca has confiscated hundreds of animals this year (After many years of complaints falling on deaf ears) and she is being charged in court finally. *To the owner, I have been to your store like thousands of others who have made up their own minds that this is an unacceptable treatment of animals. For all the different types of businesses in the world that you could choose from, why choose animals when you can't/won't take care of them? They don't need to suffer like that, take care of them or do something else for a living!

DO NOT BUY PETS FROM HERE! Edit: already knew this response would appear!! I didn't bring the rats to your store because i wanted professional advice so i took them to the vet!! And they said there is nothing you can do to prevent respiratory disease, but gave us tips on how to make the rats feel better throughout. They gave some very helpful hints. We visited your store on the 16th September 2020 and you had a male chihuahua there, female had been sold. Stop lying to your customers. The pet food etc might be alright but the pets are far from it. When we entered the store about 3 weeks back, we were greeted by an absolutely terrified little chihuahua puppy alone in a huge cage. We made our way over to it and gave it loads of pets while my friend was texting her mother to try and convince her to bring the poor pup home. The owner i assume, yelled at the dog and told it to shut up, then told us "I need you to delete all the photos you took of the dog off your phone" even though neither of us took a single photo. Both my friend and I work in retail and hospitality and know that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can you EVER accuse a person of doing something, you always have to ask, aka "if you took any photos can you tell please delete them. Store policies." We both found that incredibly rude, but we figured she may have had a bad day and did not take it too personal. Everyone has an off day. We gave the pet store another chance as it did have plenty of pets to choose from, which the owner has mentioned in many other comments too. Yes, she is correct, she does have the biggest pet selection of all pet stores, but oh dear, the pets are in the worst condition they could ever be in. My friend and I both purchased a rat each, and on the way home i noticed mine was breathing insanely fast. I later found out by vetarian approval that he had respiratory issues. We kept them together in a huge three story cage with pet food we bought in her store and plenty of water, as well as fresh snacks. After about a week, one of the rats suddenly passed away, no explanation. We didn't want to blame the pet store as it could have been anything, but today our second rat passed away due to it's respiratory issues. We are aware that those issues are common with rats but you should never sell a rat with such issues to any customer. And the excuse "the owner didn't notice" is not valid here as the owner should have been checking the animals at least twice daily and would have noticed these issues considering i realised about 30 minutes later. To have not only one, but two rats pass away in such a short time span, one which already came with issues is definitely not okay and needs to be mentioned ASAP. We know we did the best we could to provide the best for these rats, so we know it is not our fault. Please do not purchase any animals from this store! Have reported this incident to rspca, and also have plenty of proof of when we purchased it, the fast breathing of the rat the same day, the day after etc. We have proof.
