Marvelous staff. They really know how to properly take care of their animals. I came in to the store today to buy a tank, rocks and a Betta Fish and one of the workers that was helping me asked if I had water at home with proper PH and bacteria. I've owned these type of fish for a decade so hearing this was a pleasant surprise. I've seen so many staff at other pet stores just hand out fish no questions asked/give false information. Even at checkout the staff member gave me a small cardboard box to keep the fish in so it doesn't stress him out. I wish I got the workers name as he was amazing at his job. I will 100% be back and recommend this location to anyone!

love this place staff are so friendly and knowlegable, they always remember my and my fur babies name. I take my pup Freya in at least once a fortnight for a shopping day. she is always so excited to see the friendly staff.

The vet here is awesome and thorough. Looked after both my beagles very well. I do recommend them to others.
