Centro Bar and Restaurant Toowoomba

Some of the best food I have had for some time. Stayed for 1 week here for work and tried Centro on my second last night for dinner. Seafood gnocchi was excellent. Came back last night and had an outstanding extremely tasty Thai green curry. Had the breakfast buffet this morning and really enjoyed it. Service was extremely friendly (Jules really looks after you). Can't fault this place.

Had their buffet breakfast - good food - replenished regularly. Excellent value for money.

Entree average main meal not too bad. But can’t even keep their only 3 desserts options stocked. Also don’t care if your the manager you never too busy to stop what your doing and serve one of the 5 customers on the place

Parmi was burnt, had barely any cheese and the mushroom sauce was basically water. My friend said his pasta was the worst pasta he had ever had and refused eat it or pay. Manager was nowhere to be seen. Usually never complain like this but my friend was really upset so it kinda ruined the night.

While my meal was absolutely amazing the service from said manager was absolutely atrocious. The lack of effort, the alcohol smell on her breath and basic interest in doing her duties was what let this place down. I have never felt more annoyed by anyones service or lack there of in my entire dining experience. I also know things are hard for people but taking your children to work and then ignoring them to disrupt dining customers while said manager was with the group of men at the end of the bar is uncalled for. If i was treated differently maybe a better rating would apply. As i said my meal was lovely but the manager ruined my experience and most likely wont go back
