I've been here twice. The first time was alright, but within 2 weeks one of my nails was already lifting. I went back to give them a second go (it was only one nail after all). Second time I've sat down and picked my colour and they've started soaking off the SNS I already have on. About 3/4 of the way through them soaking it off I'm told it'll be an EXTRA $5 FOR THE SHAPE I HAVE! WHAT THE ACTUAL F? I've been getting my nails done constantly for about 7 years and never been changed for my preferred shape.nnI said okay to the price because they had already started and I knew they would charge me for soaking my nails off if that's all I did. Even though my nails are quite a bit shorter this time I did still get the same shape because I feel that's what looks best on me. I asked why it was $5 more this time and was told that it's because it takes longer. 3 weeks ago this policy wasn't in place. VERY UNHAPPY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to do such a thing. If you're going to charge someone extra for the shape they like AT LEAST TELL THEM BEFORE you start doing their nails.

Poor service. Went on Tuesday afternoon to get shellac. Instead of telling me that they were closing in 20 minutes did my nails. The person who did it was shaking as it was nearly 5pm. Next day all my shellac pealed off. Asked them to redo them. Also filed my nails so pointy that it broke.nWon't recommend anyone to go there as they don't listen to what you want.

Non existent massage, hot rocks were a joke, she just touched me with them. Watched the lady next to me get moisturised while I received a less than 15 second run.

Very rude nail technician. Pulling, pushing and flicking my hands. Rolling eyes and huffing and puffing at me. Poor quality nails. I will never go back.
