Bought a house from Sue at this real estate and she went above and beyond to help me with my inquiries, she was wonderful to deal with all the time and made the experience as easy as possible. Sue was lovely and amazing through what can be a stressful experience and as an investor, I can say I would very happily purchase another property through Elders with confidence. I live in Toowoomba and had been to Elders real estate a couple of times. I just felt like putting a review about the customer service at Elders Toowoomba. I appreciate the team for maintaining a good standard and quality service, especially Emmeline (receptionist) for the excellent work and customer service. Keep it up guys.
This was our first time renting. Tamara was the property manager and she was super lovely and always kept us updated on things. We had a pleasant experience all around with Elders. Any tenants renting through Elders I'm sure will feel looked after like we did.
Called 4 times & messaged once, was even told I would receive a call back and never did, Won't be renting through them at all due to serious lack of professionalism.
Rented with Elders Toowoomba for 5 years, it was sad to move on. The property management team they have would have to be one of the most professional I have ever dealt with and highly recommend them to both property owners and renters.
