The best Myer I have been to in decades. Your service is amazing. I had to think ...Am I in Myer? Well worth the 2 hour drive. Will come again and tell people, if you want a real shopping experience drive to Toowoomba!!
Its good for the occasional item, but not a huge range. Don't often find what I'm looking for. I feel that they cater more for the older generation.
Lovely staff happy to care for you. Kitchen ware out of my price range. But I still shop there for what is only available to Myer.
Myer Toowoomba is a great place to shop, very friendly staff and top quality merchandise on offer, very relaxing atmosphere.
I went to Myer on Wednesday intending to spend a few hundred dollars. I went to the counter in the bedding/homewares section to ask for help finding what I needed and was looked up and down by the sour short haired woman at the register who then decided I wasn’t worth her time and walked off. I saw another staff member and asked for her help instead of just walking out and she was absolutely lovely which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 1. I had my baby with me and she engaged with me, gave me all the information I needed about what I wanted but most importantly she didn’t act “superior “. She is the only reason I would shop there again. The name on my receipt was Sharon. These good employees are worth their weight in gold and need to be recognised. Maybe get Sharon to give that other lady some pointers
