Absolutely disgusting experience and treatment on pick up of a rent a car July 21 2020. Rude and down right disgraceful.
Travel with Defence services often, cancelled 2 bookings, and paid at my own expense rather than have to deal with these pigs!
Booking sent us to the wrong location and booked us for a vehicle we were not eligible to drive meaning our plan for moving organised 2 weeks in advance fell apart because of clerical errors with the Toowoomba branch and their online systems. When we went to the new location to pick up the van, a
more expensive truck had been mistakenly booked... Further neither my partner or I could drive the truck as we were under 25. Caused a bunch of stress on the day we needed to move, worst car hire experience I've ever had. Would not recommend Hertz to anyone.
"Using a Credit Card as a Deposit" .. It takes over 8 days to get your money back.... Staff very friendly and helpful.
