After a terrible experience elsewhere, I was nervous to get my eyebrows waxed..however the girls at benefit have always been amazing at making sure they give me the best result for my end goal, going slow and showing me step by step to make sure I was happy!! No matter the staff member you can guarantee they'll do a fabulous job - Tania usually does mine and she's always very friendly and fantastic at her job!
