Nail Studio Spa

Got acrylic refill done here and the look of the nails were okay in the end, but the customer service was shockingly unprofessional. They acted as if it was a burden doing my nails, they barely spoke two words to me and every time I tried to ask a question or make a request they basically dismissed me. The whole time there was 3 girls sitting around the lady doing my nails and they were all laughing and chatting. I felt like no attention was given at all to the customer to make sure they are satisfied with the nails. After she finished my nails no one told me anything and they all went to do their own thing. I was sitting for about 5 minutes after the nails had dried and still they did nothing even though they saw I was clearly finished. I had to go up to someone to make a request at the end to file down my nail a bit more and that seemed like the greatest burden to the lady who was sitting in the massage chair doing nothing. Would not ever go back as these girls do not know how to treat customers as who would want to go back when they are treated like they basically do not exist. I also never usually am the type to leave a bad google review, but this place needs to know that this is something they really should work on if they want loyal customers.

Quality of manicure is actually 4 star but I find the customer experience is 3 star.nn- I don’t like the fact that they don’t abide to legal social distancing requirements for Covid-19.n- The seats are less than a meter apart and if you ask to be seated in another available seat (away from other patrons) expect to be treated with passive aggression and obvious hostility. The staff will then gossip amongst themselves and make a fuss of seating you elsewhere.nnNot COVID-19 compliant for social distancing between manicure patron seats!!!!

I hate to leave a bad review as the ladies were really nice but terrible job done on my manicure and pedicure.nI am pregnant so couldn't lean over properly to check but 3 of my toenails are smudged as they made me get up and put my shoes on before the nails were set. The shop was very quiet so not sure why they couldn't wait for them to set to move me or spray them with setting spray.nI paid extra for gel on my nails and there was such a poor job done on the filing a day later they have started to chip. Cuticles weren't pushed back or trimmed either. Not happy, wouldn't recommend and won't return.
