Nature's Nails

Absolute worst salon experience I have ever had. Not only did the lady taking my gels off my nails keep burning me with the machine, once she finally got it all off she painted them with polish (which I requested), but she did four coats and then let them sit to dry. I sat in the chair for over an hour and a half, and they never dried. So I asked for the polish to be taken off all together so I could leave - at this point the polish was peeling off of the nails it was that badly done. AND THEN SHE CHARGED ME FOR THE SERVICE! She made me pay $20 even though I had to sit there for over an hour, and didn't even get what I went in for. The lady that did my nails was also rude, and kept hurting me because she only looked at my hands about half the time so she kept burning me, or going over my skin instead of my nails. 150% would never go back. Disgusting service. Horrible experience.

Well I got gel nails done.I chose a brown sparkly colour.But she put me a pink sparkly ,I dint notice when she was putting it on .She should have told me that the colour I chose is not available instead. This was very rude and unprofessional and I had to pay the full price.I did not like the service .
