Love the experience and expertise of the staff here and the products that I’ve used have all been good quality and as promised.nJust be prepared that this is a walk-in service only, you can’t book appointments. That is also the beauty of it. You’re not waiting a week for your appointment, you just show up & be prepared to do something else if you’re waiting you’re turn.nThey must have tested all the staff to be friendly and positive and efficient - everyone I’ve been to here and at Capalaba is. The girls that work here are all fabulous, I am never made to feel uncomfortable while getting my waxing done, I usually get a different girl each time and they are all professional and treat me with respect. I had a lovely young girl today who got it all done quickly and very efficiently thank you so much

Staff were so lovely and place was clean upon entering. I was very appreciative that the lady who did my brows took the time to tell me that it will take 2-3 sessions to get my brows the shape I wanted instead of me having unrealistic expectations on the first visit.
