I went to get my eye brows threaded and she shaped my eyebrows completely different. Then called me 2 hours after claiming my card declined when really the transaction hasn’t gone through yet. Pending transaction process up to 10 business days. I don’t think a business should call you accusing you that your card declined 2 hours later when you’ve received poor service.

I wanted shellac nails - hands & feet. They sat me in the foot spa but took my feet out of the foot spa and continued to cut my nails. No soaking of my feet nor of my hands. After cutting my toe nails ,they applied the polish. Was then moved from foot spa to table where they did the same to my hands and then it was over. The man said $50 however i queried it & was told $45. I was still charged $50. I asked why my feet & hands wern't being soaked - first it was because of covid then i was told that it didnt happen cause i just wanted them painted, well that service wasn't even listed on the brochure & then i was told that a manicure/pedicure would cost me $80 - NO NO NO - the brochure also says $50 for manicure & pedicure with shellac nail polish. I was lied to, twice - to my face, didn't get the service i asked for, rushed through the process & out the door & charged the wrong price. . Verry very very upset. The only positive out of the whole experience is that the actual application of the nail polish was good.
