Only place I went to over 1 and a 1/2 years and as loyalty you get a discount over period of time (5% of each purchase goes towards credit). They told me it was going to be discounted but charged me full price in mistake. I've always let others go before me when they were in a rush and was often called very nice for doing so. When I politely asked for a correction it was refused :( Nail wise they are the best, it's just this disappointing thing which let them down.

ProffesioNOT. Worst nail experience ever. Technicians glued their own fingers to me twice and didn’t bother removing the glue all over my fingers. Asked for almond shape but was not told nor any signage saying that it cost an extra $5 for different shapes??? I kept saying that I didn’t want them too pointy like cat claws and the lady kept huffing and puffing at me while she reluctantly made them pointier... the opposite of what I asked for. Work was messy. Felt like an unwanted guest, not a customer. They make you never want to get your nails done again. Read the reviews first and don’t come here..

Harris is literally the only good thing about this place. He was lovely and very funny. I went with my friend and both of us had a terrible full set. The girls were rude and refused to engage in a conversation. My friend was literally nearly in tears as her tech was so rough and my tech stuck more than one nail to my skin... sorry to say but won’t be going back. Also please do advertise a sale for $40 and then charge $55... it isn’t good for business.
