Exceptional customer service a d courteous staff. On time, clean pleasant treatment rooms. Felt my face was glowing after a facial and received several compliments on how healthy I was looking.

Took an hour and half to paint shellac on top of natural nail and all cane off in a week. Light bulbs must be old worn? Had fuzzy string set in the shellac too... atleast they didn’t charge me.. but shellac normally would take 30min max. Also beauty therapist missed most edges of nail.

I called from Charters Towers and can't remember who I spoke to but the lady was really helpful and emailed me a gift voucher on the same day. I really appreciated the help right before Christmas. Thank you.
