Stood at the front for about 5 minutes waited to be served also rang the bell while a staff member was sitting at the front on her phone until another staff came and helped me.nnI came for a massage and the therapist I had seemed like she didn't know what she was doing, she didn't speak english at all so there was a bit of confusion to what I was after and ended paying extra to what I agreed on. Overall experience was poor will not go back or recommend.

The young girl that was tending me was doing a great job I'm very satisfied however that sort of female pampering required very quiet atmosphere and Kalynda didn't provide that, with the shopping centre bustling noise outside the shop top up with loud music then top it with the loud talking among staff(sounds like yelling)and every now and then the toddler sons outburst of excitement of something towards another young girl(think it's a sister)it's battle between your ears and migraine.

Got a wonderful massage and paid good price too! Highly recommend ud83dude0a
