SILK Laser Clinics Fairfield

I’d been receiving laser at Fairfield since November. Unfortunately, in my second sitting, the settings Amy used were too hot and therefore ended up burning my face, causing hyperpigmentation (photos attached separately). The clinic staff initially tried denying it and making up other excuses for what could have made the pigmentation worse, even going as far as attributing it to the hot weather at the time which was simple laughable.nnI never received an apology from Amy until I had to confront her about it in person a couple of weeks after when she was apologetic. The clinic were quick to then apologise and even gave me a refund. They also reimbursed the cost of the tacrolimus cream that I had to be on for the hyperpigmentation for which I’m grateful. I think the clinic in itself is great but I will personally never choose to receive laser therapy from here ever again, especially from Amy!

I have Amy do all treatments and is nothing short of fantastic with professionalism her main concern .nWont go to anyone else 10 out of 10 Amy , c u soon ✅

I highly recommend the team at SILK Laser Clinic Fairfield. I have never felt more comfortable having my laser treatments done, Deanna is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. The free Skin Analysis is fantastic and a real eye opener. My pumpkin peel was amazing and I am looking forward to having more treatments done to improve my skin. Thank you ladies.
