I went in for a brow wax & tint, I wasn’t greatly impressed but head office & the store called me back within hours of my original review. The session was much better, my brows look great & I’ll happily become a regular customer now.nNot many businesses rectify issues so quickly & care for customers like I saw here. Thanks guys!

A chain store where i the customer was not valued. I recommend spending you money on a local business where the owners are interested in providing quality services and care because they want return business.nnNot only was I made to feel very uncomfortable but also the services I paid $75 for were barely even noticeable!nI DO NOT recommend this store or its services.

Jane was fantastic with doing a lash removal. I have had bad experiences before at other salons so I was very nervous. Jane looked after me and left me with all my natural lashes still in tact. Very impressed.

Got eyelash extensions and they are nothing like the style or length we agreed on and I paid $185!!!!! When I said to them I wanted a refund as I was not happy and my vision was blurry from the amount of pain I was in they told me to message the Facebook page so I did and they saw my message and did not reply I am extremely disappointed and upset as these were for my best friends wedding now I’m out of pocket this money that I could have just paid for this service elsewhere and it would have been cheaper ud83dude20 and before it gets said yes I get my eyelashes done every 2 weeks but I have only just relocated here and needed them done so there’s a huge difference between them stinging and them physically aching and it’s been 3 hours and I’m still in a huge amount of painud83dude23
