Very disappointed with my service. I asked for a certain hair cut even showed a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. After the blow dry I realised that my hair was nothing Like I wanted. I paid and walked out fuming. Then I had a thought I’m going to ask for my money back as I never got the service I asked for. Then they proceeded to tell me that they don’t do refunds. I told them I’m going to go to department of fair trading. They then said that the owner will call me. She called and wants me to go into the store at Victoria Point so she can see my hair and she offered to fix my hair. I can’t believe it I would never let them touch my hair again. If you’re reading this don’t use super cuts ever........ will share how it turns out soon.

Fabulous atmosphere. The 3 girls very happy. Got exactly what they asked for and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
