The Gascoyne Hotel

A very good stay for us. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. Meals were very good and huge portions. Recommend fish and chips. Location close to supermarket. Good parking. Recommend and would stay here again.

Don't stay here if you want to get to sleep before midnight. Incredibly loud music kept us awake both nights. Very basic accommodation. Definitely not 4 star. Motel not hotel.

Best of a bad bunch?nTo be fair Carnarvon isn't a town for supporting locally owned breweries. So not surprised this has a terrible beer selection, they have Single Fin though. that's 1 beer produced and owned by a WA company.

Ordered 2 different steaks. Both were grey, not seared properly, stewed in their juices and tough. Only got 1 garlic bread not two which are bought in frozen and only got 1 pepper sauce not 2. Charged for them tho. All in all they were disappointing meals.

Food,service, staff was amazing. Rooms were great, comfortable bed. Highly recommend.
