Bearded front of house staff member greeting customers is not doing the business any favours. We were discouraged from ordering food due to supposed staff shortages. Extremely poor customer service. Overall, a fairly odd experience. Setting and facilities are great, but business is let down by sh*t staff. Give it a miss.

Huge disappointment! When we come to a beer brewing restaurant, besides drinking beer, we would expect their food would have something to do with beer as well. We were hoping to see Beer Pie, Beer-Braised Stew..etc, but instead all they had on their food menu was basically just pizzas and burgers. We paid $16 for a small basket of deep-fried chicken wings (entree) with some Mexican sauce on top, nothing outstanding. The Cheese Burger & Chips also come in a small basket, the patty was small and had grisly bits in it, the chips portion was really small, and this cost $19!!! For this sort of prices, we can have better meals elsewhere! Won't come back to this place again, it's not value for money. They probably think holiday makers in Margaret River are throwing their money at them, hence the price for the wings and their tiny burgers!

We booked for lunch on the Saturday for 1pm when we arrived it was busy they only had 1 till serving drinks it took 30 minutes to get a drink....the food was good jalapeno Poppers...we bought a carton and a 6 pack to take away the lady serving was not friendly I had to ask for the glasses that came with the carton purchase she was not impressed I asked for a bag to Carry them she replied we have no bags I had seen other people with carry bags she was plain rude we spent over $200 but will not go back

Beer is really good. Venue top notch. Food was fast but it was not the type of food I had hoped for. Basic burgers and pizzas. Recommend a visit, but you may find yourself settling for a chicken burger.
