Terrible service. Staff didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. We even had to show them what the different spirits were so they could make our cocktails and the drinks came out in plastic cups. Did not feel welcome here at all and I will not come back. To make it even better... the staff are pouring themselves drinks and sitting down relaxing.

My new favourite place at EQ! The food is amazing, the drinks reasonably priced. Only reason to lose the 5th star was that some of the staff obviously did not read the table number when to go to deliver food and walked around lost. Definitely could do with some training on that.nWe had the scallops, duck rolls, pork jowl and coconut prawns, amazing and cost $60 all up and for 2 of us, plenty of food. Great crowd watching!

Terrible service, I felt like I was invading their space. Food was cold and stale, and asking for some salt was like we had insulted the waitress. Keep away if you want good service and a good meal
