Hybla Tavern

Had a wonderful evening. The beer was cold and reasonably priced. White wine excellent.nWe ordered the seafood platter for two. Perfect.nService was great.nThankyou,nJohn & Kim.

When the Hybla asked us about food allergies in our booking we let them know. Unlike others, they took this seriously and contacted us to discuss our needs. This is how it should be and we were most impressed.nnWe came for a meal, found some beer on tap from a local we knew and had a lovely experience.nnOur meals, a Chicken Burger and Pad Thai were good, the location was wonderful, sound levels pretty good for a tavern and there was plenty of space around each table.nnRecommended

Had salt n pepper squid and chips. Chips were authentic and nice. Squid disappointed.nHubby ordered gin and tonic for 16 dollars (1shot) and it did taste watered down. Great location but can improve food quality

Very impressed !! The place was busy with the car racing but we were served very quickly. Food is great and very generous servings, the staff were all EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and there is a very nice ambience in the place.

The steak sandwich was great. The range of beer on tap was decent. The views from the upstairs balcony were great. The staff were efficient and kind. The upstairs area could be revamped as it has the best views.
