COAST Port Beach

Fabulous beach bar with a view of the Indian Ocean to die for. Reasonable selection of beers and cocktails. Very popular. Only downside for me was the number of parties and functions taking place. All the good spots were reserved. Separate queues for food and drinks, but the service was pretty snappy by a young but enthusiastic staff. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good feed and a nice cold drink on a summer day.

Great spot to sit and watch the kids on the beach. Simple menu but tasty. Good pizza and ribs. Friendly staff and lovely relaxed atmosphere. Sea breeze was perfect. Not as kid friendly as it used to be with the Play ground replaced with a junk pile.

Great place, great staff, great food. We have loved each of our meals at Coast. Thanks guys!

Could not recommend this place enough! Both visits have been great. The first time my partner and I shared the margarita pizza and it was honestly the best pizza either of us have ever had.nThe second time after we had ordered were told the pizza was unavailable and they were so apologetic and gave us a free round of drinks.nService amazing, drinks refreshing and food fantastic ud83dudc4cnWill be back

Nice place to have a drink - TERRIBLE place to book a function. We booked our engagement party at Coast two months in advance and all was fine until two weeks before the event when we received an email to say 'A corporate function has booked the entire venue and we will not be able to accommodate your event'.nnOther than the fact that this is clearly something worth phoning about rather than just emailing about, there was no attempt to renegotiate time or date and over and above all, no apology. I replied to the email to point these things out and received no reply. And fair enough - they were obviously busy showering in the money from the corporate event - but you'd think once it had died down that they might offer a sincere apology at the bare minimum.nnSo as I say - fine place for a drink, but I wouldn't expect the managers to treat you like a person if you have booked something with them.
