Oaks Broome Hotel

Stayed whilst in Broome for work. Nice big, clean rooms and very helpful, friendly hotel staff. Breakfast choices were a little limited, but tasty. The pool was lovely. A little disappointing that the hotel bar closes at 9pm, but then pretty much everything in town is closed at 9. Overall a great place to stay for a few days.

Excellent hotel with full amenities located in the old part of Broome. Brilliant staff looking after you too - special thanks goes to Lance for making a room available for me at the last minute in peak season. Lifesaver! Cheers team. 5 🌟

Awesome place. Great room. Secure parking. 2 pools. Spa bath, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, 2 TVs plus king bed in 1 bedroom apartment. Value for money. Loved it. Will come back here again

I found it disgusting to find out after checkout that my grandmother (who was the original guest on the booking) could not get a refund for the room. She couldn't make it to Broome because her husband had died the night before she was supposed to arrive and check in (not from covid, they were coming from Busselton). Late in the peak of tourist season that room would have been booked the next day. Besides that complete lack of human decency, it was a pleasant stay, nice neat rooms, the staff were very friendly and amenities were made available when requested. I must mentioned though I found it extremely odd that, although there is a restaraunt at the hotel, they didn't provide room service. Considering the massive amounts of bookings they would have had in the last two months and the lack of jobs available (now and in the past). One would think they could hire and extra chef and some catering staff. I would have happily spent 30 to 50 dollars a meal each day on room service not to mention the hundreds of dollars i would have spent on drinks from the bar that unfortunately only opens at 5pm. 6 nites of meh... There is also not enough parking space on site to accomodate guests with cars. Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating besides the dud who refused my grandmother a refund.

Good service, great room with direct access to the pool. Restaurant has good service with the food cooked perfectly
