Rates are TOO HIGH for a very rundown accommodation place, but due to crappy accommodation where dirt fell on me every time I used the toilet! Being too far from the car park, I struggled with moving back and forth and having a work car in the disability bay, that staff refused to move, was most unaccommodating especially for one with physical limitations and clearly struggling (hobbling in with a crutch)! You kindly moved me to something better at the same rate and at ground floor and closer to the car park, till I left. However, I was put out by the fact that your 'disability bay' was still used by a workplace car, and when I asked if you could move it (hobbling in with a crutch again!), your staff were much less accommodating! Not Happy and disgusted that you treat people with disabilities (especially one who was struggling with pain) in such a way!

Could of been 5 stars but $3 for a game of pool is ludicrous!!
