Food came out quickly, staff were friendly. Food was great as always. I love grilld because it's consistently great.

I come here quite often actually, usually the burgers are amazing, and reasonably priced. although i have noticed the burgers getting smaller and smaller as i come more often. But tonight was one of my worst experiences. My daughter order the chicken dynamic with lettuce, tomato and tomato sauce and without the mayo, carrot and cheese. But when her burger came, it only had chicken, tomato sauce and carrot! we politely said that it was mistaken, so she takes it back and we tell her the correct order. the burger comes back with only chicken and tomato sauce this time, and it still had bits of carrot on the bun! we decided to not ask again. Also, my other daughter didn’t have her chips with her meal, and we had wait another 10 minutes. Disappointed.

My family enjoyed the food, the only thing was the Mushroom burger was a little to salty, the service very helpful and courtist.

I don't know why I haven't been to Grill'd before but I absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back. I had a Waygu burger and it was cooked perfectly and juicy as well. It had homemade pickles and tasted divine. We also had a chicken burger which was amazing. The burgers have real flavour without being greasy and are the perfect size. And the sweet potato fries are to die for. I recommend everyone come here. They cater for all dietary requirements as well. Absolutely loved it.
