Do not waste your time on this company. They are no longer operating from the advertised address, went to purchase some packing materials and they seem to have removed themselves. Lease sign out front.
Terrible. Charge a fortune for insurance and then break stuff and won't pay. After nearly 2 months they only responded when we made contact with a senior manager. And then offered to pay only if we removed bad reviews. They still haven't paid for our $4000 dining table which they destroyed. Avoid them at all.costs
Really happy with WridgWays making our move from Canberra to Airlie run smoothly and efficiently. On time and nothing was damaged. Definitely recommend
WE HAD TWO SEPARATE DELIVERIES DURING THE LAST 3 WEEKS.nONE DELIVERY INVOLVED A PICK UP FROM 3 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES IN SYDNEY AND DELIVERY TO OUR HOME ADDRESS IN THE CAIRNS AREA.nTHE SECOND DELIVERY WAS FOR TWO ITEMS DROPPED OFF AT THEIR BRISBANE DEPOT AND THEN DELIVERED TO OUR CAIRNS ADDRESS.nALL ITEMS WERE LARGE AND HEAVY WITH 3 OF THE ITEMS BEING GLASS DISPLAY CABINETS.nTHE SERVICE WE RECEIVED DURING THE QUOTATION, PICK UP AND DELIVERY PHASE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. ALL STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP.nTHE PRICE QUOTED FOR BOTH JOBS WAS THE LOWEST, BUT THE SERVICE AND DELIVERY WAS OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD.
We are very happy with our decision to engage Wridgways for our move from Cairns to Brisbane. The service was efficient and streamlined, the team communicate well and we were informed of all decision making.nThe access to our property was difficult but we heard no complaints and were presented with a team of workers who were courteous and respectful. We would definitely recommend Wridgways to anyone moving house and I have to add that the Cairns team under Glen are amazing.
