I get gel polish done and the service is excellent, thorough, and lasts for weeks. Staff are lovely people and there's no fuss. The owner is very knowledgeable and wants to do her best for your nail health as well as colour and design. Book in advance so you don't have to wait.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. I went in with an appointment and wanted to get a french manicure. The lady kept telling things I didn’t understand, I showed her a picture and wanted it like that - do want it takes. She kept on insisting other things and refused to listen. Also, added $5 to everything I asked for. I got sick of it and decided for a simple colour. Left the salon with a manicure that I didn’t want - wouldn’t recommend at all!nnShe also got impatient when 2 teenagers walked in and told me she has 2 new customers to attend. Those girls also showed some pictures and she kept telling them that it might not look good etc.nnIf someone comes in and shows you a picture - just do it! Obviously I don’t have that much knowledge as you, just do what you have to do. I have never been that disappointed with a nail salon...wouldn’t even give one star.

Incredibly disappointing experience here . The Shellac I got done started peeling from the sides within a day! I went back to ask about it (as this has never happened before and I get Shellac quite regularly) and the lady was SO rude - scoffed at me in front of other customers, said I was lying that I’d got it done there, that it was my fault they’d peeled etc.

Managed to fit me in within 10 minutes in the morning, even though it seemed a pretty popular place. The lady was very skilled at acrylic powders and I got exactly what I wanted.

Alivia Nails is the best salon I have ever been to. The professionalism, attention to detail and the beautiful work that do have now made me a forever customer. I'm so happy with my nails, they are so beautiful and natural looking and I can't stop looking at them!! Thank you ladies! xoxo
