Love this place! Amazing service! I had an unusual situation due to COVID - had to move interstate suddenly for work (having been working in aviation) and hoped to change my prepaid treatments into a credit. Honestly, I didn't think they'd be able to help at all but Nicola has been absolutely wonderful. Not only has she gone over and above but she has been super friendly and empathetic throughout. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Most hopeless experience, I had pre booked the appointment and called up to say i will be 5 mins late as something urgently came up and they did not accomodate saying they are fully booked.. NEVER PRE PAY .. Its a SCAM .. to take away money .. and they don't refund .. CAREFUL DON'T BOOK SESSIONS .. if you dont like there service there is no way to get your money back or go to another clinic.

I was gifted a micro pack from here but unfortunately found the hard sell so uncomfortable I haven’t even used half of the treatments. Each session they spent the first ten mins trying to sell me things then rushed through the micro. Don’t expect it to be relaxing, it’s very clinical. I was even asked if I’d consider filler during my appointment which I found quite offensive being 25 years old.

The team at Laser Clinic’s Toombul are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend seeing Lauren if you’re looking for a new injex lady. She is knowledgeable, kind and extremely skilled at what she does. Been to a lot of places to get injectables over the years and she easily stands above the rest ud83dude0aud83dude0a

The ladies at this clinic are so lovely and very knowledgeable. I got my lips injected by Lauren, she was extremely patient with me as I am not good with needles and she even did a follow up call after hours to make sure everything was going well. I’ve been getting laser there too and all the staff are great. This will be my go to clinic from now on.
