I have contacted them to organise a pick up of the parcel from friend of mine from Sydney, and they have organised the pick up the same day and the package got delivered after 1 day. What a service. Keep up the great work.
I’ve asked for an estimate 2 weeks ago and never got a reply. I’ve also called the office and all he told me was to send him an email which I had already done prior to calling him. I’ve also contacted the company multiple times online using the chat but all they said was that they have “escalated my case” to the local center. I’ve not heard from anyone since then. All I was asking for was an estimate. Very poor customer service and would not recommend it. Well I couldn’t even get to send my parcel because I couldn’t even get an estimate.
The staff at Springwood branch are very accommodating and professional with the care for the customer. I would defo use them again. Thank you, my boxes were delivered to WA in good time and condition.
After a shockingly bad experience from another courier company, I was delighted and relieved by the excellent customer service and efficient careful delivery of my parcel interstate. Pack & Send Springwood delivered quicker than any estimated arrival date I was quoted...I just wish I had discovered them first and saved myself the headache and money I wasted on the other company!
Troy and his staff provided a very professional service. His attention to detail is very reassuring given that the transaction had a high degree of difficulty and was done remotely. Troy addressed all my requirements and prepared the package with expert knowledge and attention. There were plenty of follow up calls that demonstrated that he cared about the user needs and getting the packet to its destination in the best condition possible. I highly recommend Troy and his staff at Pack and Send Springwood. They are the best in the business that I have come across.
