Pro Nails & Thai Massage

Had a pedicure with French tips done and acrylic finger nails. My big toe nail was damaged and the technician was able to maintain some length for me. I am very happy with my finger nails also. The technician checked the shape, length and colour with me through each step.

The lady who did my nails ruined my first experience of getting my nails done. I showed her a reference photo of the design l wanted but this is what l got not even 10% of the photo. I paid $65 for this. She said $15 for design (the black lines, design according to her) and l guess l stayed there for an hour and the whole time she was either on phone or talking to some of her friends on her own language. Oh my god l just wanted to walk away. Also she ripped off my cuticles, managed to deform the shape of my actual nails. Will never go back there. The lady there just ruined my first experience of getting my nails done. I probably have to go and remove them cos they look so ugly. Wish l could give them 0 star for their terrible service.

I've been a regular customer at ProNails for a little while and my experience is good and bad depending who serves you.nnToday I was shocked that they charged me for a mask when other customers were not charged for a mask. Other customers were not charged for the mask they require you to wear and I did not pay for a mask the last few times I’ve been in there.nnGranted, if I was told up front that the masks cost extra. I wouldn’t have minded at all. It was a matter that other customers weren’t charged for the masks and I seemed to be charged for it. It’s really dishonest and makes me feel very uncomfortable. Another staff member laughed at the woman at the till when she charged me for a mask.nnThe business asks you to pay with cash instead of card and often make the excuse that their eftpos machine does not work. I am very weary of this type of behaviour when it comes to businesses paying their taxes.nnI’m not an unreasonable person, but I think people should pay the same amount of money for the same services. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer.
