I have been to many hairdressers but no one has put so much care and effort as Mahsa did! I had such an amazing experience and I left feeling amazing and getting exactly what I wanted!nnI am so happy and will definitely come back again ud83dude0a

Thank you again for looking after me Mahsa! I don’t know how you do it but my colour is perfect and my hair has never been in better condition! The keratin straightening is an absolute game changer - saving so much time doing my hair and literally have no fuzz... ever! Even on rainy days! Worth every cent. Love love love it! Thank you so much!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My friend was going into an appointment, to get her hair dyed a purple colour. On the 5th of May 2021. A certain hair dresser working there (Female) was rude the moment we walked in. Only said hello. Not even a, how are you? Rude attitude. If needed I will provide photos of the night. We showed her the photo of the hair my friend wanted done, and immediately said she would be able to do it. But only if my friend got her roots bleached first. She of course agreed to the bleaching. But as soon as we started, no bleach was added. At the time we did not know, since we were not guided through any of the process, from the hair dresser. I could tell my friend was immediately uncomfortable as soon as her hair was touched. I asked her why later, and she said she was in lots of pain from the rough pulling. The sides of her scalp were turning red from it. Which was disturbing to watch. After, when her hair was supposedly “done”, even though it was patchy and somehow blue in places? The hair dresser says “it would have looked better if you had bleached it. Oh well.” As she rolled her eyes. And continuously chewed her gum loudly. I could hear from my seat, I can’t imagine how my friend was feeling. “I said I was ok with bleaching.” My friend says. “No you did not” the hairdresser replied. Making as though my friend was lying which was unfair.nnWe eventually started with the bleach though on her roots after rough amounts of pulling, and painful faces from my friend. Finally she got courage to express to the hair dresser, “my scalp is burning.” From the bleach, it had been about thirty minutes with it on. I could also tell, since her scalp was now a white and uncomfortable looking red on her side. “No it shouldn’t it’s only been ten minutes, can’t you wait five more?” The hairdresser responds rolling her eyes and chewing her gum. It was deeply disturbing to see she clearly didn’t care for her customer, and my friend. Eventually it gets washed by two hairdressers as they pulled her hair, my friend said ouch multiple times and they ignored her. It made me afraid and upset.nThe process was finally “over.” The hairdresser asked if she liked the colour. It looked absolutely nothing like the picture. And was still patchy. My friend truthfully spoke up and confessed the colour wasn’t what she looked for. Which is in her right. “I told you I wouldn’t be able to do it!” The hair dresser started to yell extremely loudly and clearly looked stress. Her statement was also clearly a lie. If she wasn’t able to do what my friend asked, she should of told us in the first hand. Her yells made me and my friend extremely nervous especially since we both have anxiety. “Please don’t yell at me.” My friend expresses. The hair dresser yelled once again back “I’m not yelling!” Which my friend expressed “please don’t talk to me like that.” Finally they agreed to add toner, as she should of to begin with.nnAfter a while the hairdresser seemed to realise what she had done. Since my friend now had a tear going down her eye. “I’m sorry for yelling, I’ve never had someone say they didn’t like my hair before.” It was a sudden change of mood and disturbing. My friend being the compassionate women she is responded with understanding “it’s ok, I work in grooming, I’m a perfectionist and hate getting things wrong. “ the hair dresser got emotional so quickly left to storage and what I assumed she was doing started crying. She came and left again a couple times. Coming back smelling of cigarettes. Me and my friend wanted to leave. At the end after multiple apologise from the hair dresser, she asked if my friend wanted curly or straight. My friend responded with curly, she proceeded to straighten it....nAfter that she promised she will talk more during her consultation, and that we only had to pay for the cut $150.nShe clearly knew she was in the wrong. We are still shaken up. I refused to stay quiet. I am unaware of her name but will provide multiple pictures of this women. Crying, yelling storming out is not ok

This place is amazing. I have been in Brisbane for two years now and this is the first place I have got my hair done and walked out fully satisfied with the result. The staff are amazing. Could not recommend this place enough.

Boho Hair & Body are AMAZING! I cannot thank you enough. Senior hair stylists, Bart and Mahsa are absolute lifesavers, going above and beyond for me. I had a massive knot in my hair that I had worked over 6 hours on and was so scared would have to be cut off. Mahsa, despite being unwell, assisted me over the phone and organised an appointment for me with Bart to assist. Bart was wonderful, being careful, taking the time to ensure he wouldn’t damage my hair and managed to remove the knot without having to cut it out completely. On top of this, he helped nourish my hair and explained all products used in detail and how they would help. They are so sincere and dedicate their own time to help, caring greatly about their clientele and making sure that you are happy with the cut.
