The service here has really gone down with these new owners. I have been a customer here for a while and was really impressed with them prior. You sat in a nice lounge in the back, you were treated with tea, water, magazines, chocolates and just made to feel special. The old owners also gave samples and took their time with you. Dr Umed did my anti wrinkle injections this time. It was extremely rushed, blunt needles were used and my forehead was uneven. They have a deal, 3 major areas for $299. This is the same deal the previous owners had. But they didn't limit it to 110 units. I always had this deal previously and the results were always lovely. The nurses asked me what I wanted. Did I want natural looking Botox or Botox where my face hardly moved.nnWhen I met Dr Umed. He didn't ask what I wanted. He just said, you need 140 units and it's and extra $100. I felt I was being upsold and the advertising was misleading. I also ended up with bruises on my forehead.nnI'm only giving 3 stars because the nurse was kind enough to listen to my feedback and fix my crooked forehead.

So pleased with my results. Dr Umed was extremely professional and thorough before, during and after my non-surgical rhinoplasty procedure. I highly recommend him if you are considering getting the same work done!
