Greater Cleveland Aquarium

This is a good aquarium located near Downtown Cleveland. I came here and was satisfied with my experience. I pulled up to the parking lot, got out of my car, and went inside. I walked down to the admissions desk, past it, and went to the aquarium's exhibits. I walked through the beginning of the aquarium, where I saw a bunch of fish. I then walked through the part of the aquarium that's a small tunnel, where I saw some jellyfish. After that, I got to the part of the aquarium that has a large stingray touch pool and a kid's play area. After walking around that part of the aquarium and using the bathroom there, I walked on to the shark exhibit. I walked through the glass tunnel that goes through the large pool that has all of the sharks in it, which is quite nice. After I walked through the tunnel, I went to the gift shop, which had a large array of products. After perusing the products at the gift shop, I left the gift shop, satisfied with my experience. I gave this aquarium four stars because it's nice, but it has a strange layout and the different exhibits are pretty close together, which results in a confined space. This is because the aquarium used to be a power station. However, you can see a very nice view of the skyline of Downtown Cleveland from the outside of the aquarium.

For being limited for pandemic reasons is was still fun..

Displays were less than impressive and not overly clean and social distancing wasn't really enforced.

Really cool that the put an aquarium in a historic building like that. It's a great experience as long as you know what to expect. I had 2 little girls with me, we took our time at exhibits, and got through it in about an hour. Dont expect your visit to be the only thing you do that day, but they make a great use of space. I thought it was cool, and the girls loved it. There is plenty to do around it as well. A great addition if your planning a day in the city.

Aquarium was very amazing was first time going but when we got to the end at the sharks we where gonna go to gift shop first but a different staff member told us to go the other Way and they wouldn’t close till we where all out well...she lied the guy was very rude and when we got in there he was liked we closed 4 min ago. Like wait what? No offense but if staff is gonna be like that I’m not sure I’m going to be returning he even told a bunch of kids in a family other than me and a friend no. I get that you wanted to go home and get everything done but u couldn’t wait 2 min? Also didn’t have to be rude. Could have easily said sorry but u just missed us or have a sign up??
