Elegant Beauty & Brows Peninsula Fair

I am not normally one to leave bad reviews as a business owner myself, I know how horrible it can be and I would prefer to have the person air their concerns straight to me. In this case, that did not work so I have had to resort to this.nnI got my brows shaped and laminated here on Thursday night. This was my first time having the lamination done and I followed all aftercare instructions exactly.nnMy eyebrow hairs started to go curly in the days after the procedure and when I did some research, i discovered this is was due to my technician not removing the chemicals properly.nnI returned to the salon on Sunday (the first chance I had) and asked if there was anything that could be done, and to let them know that I had a problem. I was very polite and spoke to the lady quietly away from other customers, so as not to worry them.nnI felt very dismissed by the woman I spoke to, she told me to come back another day when the person who did my brows was there. She didn’t acknowledge the fact that my eyebrows look really weird, didn’t apologise and didn’t offer any advice. I have attached a photo of my now curly eyebrows after trying my best to brush them straight.

Very impressed!nnI had my first experience here, served by the lovely Taran. I paid half of what I use to pay at my old eyebrow bar and I'm so impressed. I have official found my new eyebrow bar... the definition and attention to detail is amazing. They're perfect.nBeautifully spacious and clean salon.nAll round great experience with an even better price!nI'm so happy they are local to me! :)

The lady was lovely but my daughter and I were just disappointed in her explanation as to why she couldn't do a eyebrow thread and lash lift. My daughter and I came in at 6pm and the salon closes at 8 she explained a lash lift takes 45mins and that she wouldn't be able close on time. She gave us the impression she just couldn't be bothered. It was disappointing.

I came in on Friday (the 29th of January)while my kid's were at school, to have some mum pampering time. I had gotten a eye lash lift and tint. And I am beyond so happy with the job done on them. I felt amazing afterwards like a new woman. Done absoutely professional, very well presented and so polite. Best experience so far and will definitely be coming back for more. Also love the prices that really surprised me first time I visited the salon, so much better then where I've gone to before finding this amazing salon. Elegant beauty and eyebrows is my new favourite beauty salon to go to now.
