I would not recommend the hair salon in North Brisbane. When understanding mattered, and the chance to be charitable, caring individuals presented itself you choose to be unreasonable. You choose instead to make someone who had just lost everything fight to get their money refunded, which you still haven’t attempted to do. Even after fair trade was brought into the issue you ignored both fair trade, and the customer. I understand you were not responsible for the what happened. However the company could of showed some decency and offered to refund the money anyway. Why would your company think anyone would still want to deal with you after how disgraceful your salon has treated them. The women and her children got out with their lives,the cloths on their backs, and nothing else. All they hoped for was a little compassion and understanding on your part..

This store is closed down. I paid thru After pay to go to a house with a woman claiming to be a hairdresser as she is not professional in anyway . I got 67 extentions yep meant full head 125gm 100 plus extn.An 7 to 8 rows.i got 3 rows 4 inches apart.extentions which were old school glue ones, I'm allergic to glue, I asked for Russian remy wax ones which I paid for . i paid $713.90 .to have cheap as extentions not even colour corrected to the colour she dyed my natural hair. I have made complaint to afterpay who have been great. No proffessional treats client like this an when u call to complsin u get hung up on or ur calls go unanswered..I know have to chasr damages to my hair us refund .This hairdresser was the worst paid service I've ever expieranced . Suggest go anywhere but here.

not professional at all, Ink Hair really needs to get organised and stop trying to rip customers off.nohh and change your details on the facebook page as your pricing is all wrong, and that just shows that you are unorganised and unprofessional

absolutely horrible I had a spot for 10am I sat outside for over 2 hours no calls no text hell the store even said it was closed when I had blocked my spot for that day they jerked me around so I went elsewhere and I will never go there again so unprofessional and rude
