First time getting Botox and filler.... could not ask for a better experience with Nurse Jodie being so knowledgeable with the products and what will suit myself. Also with the support and communication after was outstanding! just really good experience and can’t wait to come back again ud83dudc4cud83cudffcud83dudc4cud83cudffc

Was very close to give it 4/5 stars, a Nurse was lovely.! Receptionist was rushing me, I needed to by cream post procedure she said she is too busy.. my pin card didn’t work and she was so inpatient and unprofessional shame ... ruined really good experience. Chantelle is amazing, patient and Pro. Receptionist said I will book you for this day not even asking me if it’s okay with my shift work.. I said sorry I need to check the roster please she was getting more impatient than she said I need to go to my next client so I’ve booked it in and I was like I think I just told you that I’m a shiftworker so don’t book me please...nignored that I needed cream and was to spent money:n**2 (soz but the educated receptionist, inpatient, Not supportive, when pin did not work - I said I just need to find it and she said no I will do it my way...?I was like what? Oh well some people like her but then she can lose clients I don’t think I’ll be coming back for my free procedure that’s not cheap and unprofessional pretty much around everything cannot give it more than two.!shamenI think anyone was doing something bogan I don’t know

She really made me feel welcome and comfortable, and put my mind at ease prior to my treatments. I highly recommend her and the rest of the team to everyone

The girls always know how to take good of you. They are brilliant! I trust them with my life! Amazing!

Been here a number of times and each time the staff have been very friendly and informative. It is not all about up-sell like I have seen at other places. They genuinely care about your treatment and helping you understand the process.
