Love this salon! I’ve been searching for a reliable place to get my nails done since moving to the area and Fashion Nails does a great job every time. The ladies are super friendly and and always give me a great manicure without leaving me waiting for ages. They also have a punch card so you can get $5 off every few times you come which I always appreciate.
Shocking 'service', for want of a better word. Rude, rough, dismissive and downright dangerous. I am left with two cuts in the right heel, a very poor job and feeling angry and slightly traumatized - when I should be feeling nurtured. There is no kindness or professionalism here. Keep walking and spend your hard earned dollars at a different nail business, so these terrible people lose money and are shut down.
Terrible experience. Last time I visited in March the work area was so unclean and there was hair all over the floor like it was a hairdressing salon. My husband booked me in there today not knowing I had had a bad experience here before. All I can say is that I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and today's nails are by far the worst I have ever had. I could have done better myself. Would not use them again...Ever!!!
Absolutely disgusting service! Wouldn't honour their advertised price and refused to provide a receipt when asked. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
