Beauty Stop

First time user today for pedi and manicure and it was wonderful. I could have had that leg and foot massage for another hour. Lovely friendly service and clean premises, only concern was the person sitting too close to me. I would have felt more comfortable with empty spot next to me or trolley between chairs.

Quickest and dearest pedicure i have ever had! Where do I even begin... the colour I chose is nothing like the colour I chose, the colour is patchy on some nails, the colour is also on my skin and then there is a chunky part on one of my nails. I could have got a better job from a 5 year old. Im horrified at the service I got for the price I paid. Stay far far away from here! Waste of money and terrible outcome.

My first time here today and I was very happy with their service.Staff told me a 10 minute wait so I went and did some shopping and went back.Got in and they started on my nails straight away.The lady listened to me in what I wanted and kept asking me if the length and shape were ok.They did a great job

I’ve had my nails done here twice and the lady I received on my second time was appalling. I arrived at the salon and the worker said it would not be a long wait, I was waiting there for about 40 minutes, people behind me were just walking into the shop, being greeted and sat down immediately, keep in mind nobody made appointments. When she was filing the nails at the start with the nail drill, she cut my fingers because she went too far back. She did not apologise. She was quite rude and when I asked her to cut my nails shorter and she said no. The nails they do are awful as they put no time and effort into them and completely rush everything. This place is highly unprofessional. Lastly, the value of the nails is shocking, it is $55 dollars for a set of acrylics however the pain you receive and the nails your receive just make the price unworthy and not worth it at all. Anyways, I completely do not recommend this nail salon!

I know it’s a week before Christmas but they just keep letting people in even though they can’t attend to them. The male didn’t even cut my toe nails as part of pedicure, cut my finger, didn’t apologise, then didn’t take care and put acetone on it. I got SNS and a pedicure and it was so rushed I felt really awkward and uncomfortable being there. I also have nail polish on my skin and had to remove it myself. It was my first time here I’ll have to find a different place.
