Bought my ON rose/pink sneakers here and have been walking on clouds since. The salesgirl was incredibly knowledgeable. Selection here is crazy, ranging from hardcore walking shoes to smart trendy urban treads. Possibly one of the very few stockists of FRANKIE4, sadly not in my style. The shop itself is unassuming but conveniently located on the same street as good coffee and food. Thanks for saving my feet!

I want to say thanks so much for absolutely great service !! After excellent communication re tracking and transport my shoes arrived beautifully packaged , exactly as I wanted ... but I actually needed a size bigger .. so I spoke to a 'real' person on the phone who was oh so helpful. With no hassle and a few simple things to do, the shoes were on the way to be exchanged (free of charge). A few days later without delay .. my shoes are back to me .. perfect size, great shoes (Vapor Glove) Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again .. and recommend to friends :)

Ordered online and received INSANELY prompt and efficient service. Excellent return policy if the shoes don’t fit. No sweat. No dramas. Big love to little Burke. X

I got my shoes for a good price and quickly. That was all good. Then I found something that I think may be a manufacturing issue. So I contacted the Customer Support asking their advice. They replied with a paid return invoice to send the shoes back (without really answering my questions). I thought that was okay but they had conditions like "must not be worn, must be in original box and no sign of wear". That's all well and good but the only way I found out what was wrong with it is because I wore it around the house and to the shops a few times. Since then, complete radio silence from them. I would say I've sent 8+ emails and messages and have heard nothing from them. It has been MONTHS now. I would NEVER recommend buying from these guys, their customer support is dreadful. I have now spent like $200 on shoes (Doc Martens) and don't know what to do with them because I can't wear them comfortably. Yes they sent the shoes, and it was a decent price but this is ridiculous. As soon as you have an issue, they are no where to be seen and I don't know what to do so I can wear my shoes. If you're read this Walking Company, give me my money back. I am not happy at all and will make sure I tell anyone to avoid your website, because this really isn't good enough.
