Depot to depot is super fast, great value and the staff are always friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Worst communication ever. I had a specific date to pick up an item, which they agreed to. I sent them an email saying specifically where to pick up the auction win from, but they went to the depot. They didn't call to tell me and never went to the right place that day. I managed to get them another day to pick up the item. So they go there and and don't bring a tail gate (they have the dimensions of the item) so no pick up again.nBecause they had two futile attempts, they wouldn't try again unless I paid more, like its my fault! no apology at all from the company, Adam Spicer you should be fired. I had to pay double to get another company to pick it up on short notice because of your disorganisation. A whole lot of stress for nothing.nThis is the Brisbane office, not saying the rest are like this.

Goods turned up perfect and undamaged. Helpful staff and reasonably priced. Will use again.
