Highly recommending this place if you have kids and needs to spend time in a cool air-conditioned place.

Really liked that this aquarium focussed on tropical north QLD species and told the story from rainforest to reef. It’s only 3 years old and fastidiously maintained. Our 6yo was blown away with the huge 10M exhibit. Ticket will get you access all day (you can leave for lunch and come back if you want). We also had a fabulous lunch at Dundee’s.

So many fish went pretty quick through it but that's cause we don't kids
