What a great place! Everything you need when it comes to caring for your pet. Great staff with a friendly attitude. They can not help you enough and always make sure you have everything you need for your piece of mind and your new family pet.

The store is pretty good with a wide selection of pets and accessories needed for them, great place to get all that. However the few times I have been there the staff are just shockingly unhelpful and unprofessional. The lady who I've seen there the most seems to have little to no interest in giving advice on what's best to get to look after the pets they sell or just any kind of general advice for caring for them and was unhappy unsmiling and seemed to just want us gone the entire time we were there.

Went to purchase a pied peach face Saturday afternoon 03/08/2019 as we had seen it last week and returned to purchase it today hoping it was still there. The service was disgusting, when I entered the store a lady staff member was on the phone while serving customers at the fish tanks. When I passed her I looked at her and smiled, she didn’t return a smile or any reaction at all. So I made my way down the back to look for the bird which was still there, which I was now excited to make the purchase at this point. I waited at the cages for a good 10 mins where another older gentleman staff member with no shoes on pass me to go out the back, he as well didn’t acknowledge me while I was standing there. A male customer asked the older gentleman staff member if there was a toilet he could use, so the older staff member again passed by me with the customer in tow and returned and still did not acknowledge my presence. So I said to my husband I will give these guys another 5 mins to come and ask me if I want help or something, and to my astonishment nothing. So we walked out. You lost a good easy sale, as I may have purchased 2 piers as I am trying to get breeding stock of pied love birds. But shockingly enough the service but dismal. I do like to support the locals but it seems the locals don’t like to acknowledge their customers.

Brilliant service with knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend especially if you're getting repiles.
