Generally helpful staff, though when I went the other day the lady in the entertainment section was an exception. I asked for a game, and she made me wait for more than fifteen minutes while she rummaged through a drawer looking for it. The drawer appeared to be full of wrappers from other products that had been thrown out of the way, rather than put in a bin. After the wait she told me they didn't have it. If her work station was tidy then she either would have found it, or would have been able to tell me after five minutes at most

Good range of products and fair pricing. Attitude of some staff needs work. Mentioned to one that auto hand-cleaner wasn't working (thought it had run out as they quite often do). Explained as if I were child that you have to move hand right up until you're practically touching it (which I accidentally did). Defeats the purpose. Noticed several others with same difficulty. Also went to ask at service desk (electronics) about printer cable only to be told like I was complete dummy that it was in office section. Fair enough, but 50/50 bet. BIG W needs to update aisle location for products online as EVERYTHING lists location as "service desk".

Great BigW for its size & lots of parking for ease of access.

They have moved everything so I had to go in search for what I wanted, but the staff were helpful and patient.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, store well set up easy to find the goods we needed.
