Please give these poor puppies some enrichment. They are lying around in fully exposed cages with nothing but hay to lay on and play with. They need toys and a safe space to retreat to, such as a crate, at minimum for their basic welfare. Never seen anything like it, breaks my heart.

I want to give 0 star! This kind of business need to be close. Yes all puppies are so adorable but I'm wondering how they treated the mum of these puppies. I'm aware they are suffering because human need to earn money. Please don't buy and support their business. Thank you

During August, made numerous attempts to contact puppy world through their online forms and phone numbers both landline and mobile number. All I wanted to do was enquire about puppies they had for sales before making the trip down. Not once was my phone call picked up or return, despite leaving messages and not once were my enquiries returned via their online form. Ended up buying a pure bred puppy cheaper and from a registered breeder. After reading over the past week about the family that had to put their new beloved pet down and after reading that this isn't the first case, I'm so glad I ended up buying else where.

0 STARS. The poor beautiful puppies here deserve so much better. There is clearly no care given or felt towards the puppies as today I witnessed my friend have to let her beautiful boy go as a result of the absolute negligence of this business. Health issues, which would have been evident to any vet performing check ups before puppies are sold, were left unmentioned when the puppy was sold and should have been treated in the first place. To let these puppies suffer just for a business to make money is absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they truly cared about the dogs their health would be the main priority.

There were actual puppies here!! I can't add photos because no where will let you. What is a photo going to do BTW? Other than advertise the place even More & show EVERYONE what they desperately NEED Right NOW!!!! (I would've bought a puppy right off the floor but it was already sold!🥺 Even though it was in the ridiculous thousands still! Who started that?! They need to be kicked in the gut! LOL jks!) 😅
