Awesome shop, very big shop (love it) and well labeled. Only ever there to buy my guinea pigs hay and pallets but wish there was more stock of the hay as sometimes the one I need it’s always sold out. My guinea pigs a fussy little buggas, and won’t eat the other hay (not the stores fault). But the team is always welcoming and friendly. Wish I was still loving in the area as I liked that store very much.

Super helpful. Young Girl with the ponytail. Would benefit from an extra staff member on a Saturday morning. Was quite busy and she seemed run off her feet.

The owner is arrogant and condescending. There is no sense of welcome in the store and it feels as if you are bothering the staff. There was one girl only that seemed efficient and friendly. In a business, Customer service is everything. I will go somewhere else next time.

I have tried a few times to give this store a go but I hate going there and will no longer shop here, there's better pet places. Staff have never welcomed me always behind the counter chatting to each other no acknowledgement of customers, if I'm looking for something always just point and say up there near this and not to mention my son slipped over and wacked his head on the slippery concrete floor. Thank but no thanks
