Friendly and helpful staff but gave a lot of incorrect information about fishcare

Large range and decent prices but didn't have the best customer service experience

Only place I can find rats and rabbits for my snake at a decent price. The team is a bit hit and miss in terms of service, some are great, helpful and knowledgeable in their area, others fly past you on the floor like you're invisible, one girl didn't even want to talk to me at the counter. My efforts at small talk were met with stony silence and attitude. Also they have a great aquarium section for fish lovers! Was tempted to get another tank 😂

Nothing is more annoying than being mislead! Website clearly stated brisbane and Gold Coast were same day/next day delivery for orders over $25. Considering I spent around $100, items were picked up day after purchase which was fine, in the morning might I add so I was expecting them that day. Sadly that was not the case they were held over the weekend and finally delivered Monday afternoon, five days after purchase. I emailed pet city in regards to this and only received one email stating there was nothing in their site stating delivery times! So I screen shot the delivery times and sent it back. No reply what so ever! I’m pretty disgusted not to even have a reply but not even an apology or explaining their fault. I’ve been going to PetCity for over 10years. Sadly their staff have gone down hill, they don’t even have the correct knowledge of birds and will not even approach you and now they can’t even stick to something they clearly stated on their websites. I won’t be wasting my time anymore, I will be buying my macaws products elsewhere from now on. Not worth the hassle.

Ordered online, arrived faster than predicted and was packed really well. Overall a very good experience.
