I am new to the area and was looking for a local pet store that could accommodate my vast array of animals, I had the most wonderful experience today, absolutely love this store, Sharon was so nice and very helpful and patient with me, Thankyou

The most helpful staff member I have experienced in store is Sharon. She went above and beyond for me. Explaining different types of cat food on a level I could understand. Her recommendation of food has greatly improved the health of my cat. I would return to this store purely to receive the customer service she offers.
