La Posh Beauty Lounge

After reading previous reviews I can only expect a sarcastic comment by return.nI have recently moved to the area and visited the salon today to get French Tips .nI should have gone with my gut when I called in to make the booking . The woman standing at the front counter greeted me with hands on hips and an unfriendly manner. Being optimistic I returned only to be given a junior that sat me at a table with another’s cut nails . I requested the tablenBe cleaned before she attempted to clipnMy nails exclaiming that she wasn’t very good at clipping nails . I then offered to clip my own nails and then watched as she attempted to file them. .. attempt being the operative word .nAnother then preceded to paint my nails removing the white tips more than 3 times on most nails and left them rough and the tips uneven . After an hour, finally finished , sent me to the basin to wash off and left me . Never checked my nails , there is white polish around my quick and under the nail and 3 hours later one has chipped already .nIt was $5 extra for tips $45 in total. I have never had such a bad job or attitude and won’t be back .nDon’t put yourself out replying as looking at previous comments you are never at fault and nothing will change .

Had quite an unpleasant experience when visiting the salon. Major issue being the owner. She had a very unwelcoming attitude and energy. Such a shame that an incredibly beautiful salon is run by such terrible management and ownership.

Beautiful girls, very welcoming and lovely service. Professional and very knowledgeable, I will definitely be coming back!

We went to get our nails done, and the staff (including the lady who seemed to be the manager) were rude, judgemental, and made us feel hugely unwelcome. We came away with blistered and torn cuticles, and and nails that weren't professional or well done. Despite taking over an hour to, the quality was low and we were in so much pain. Would never recommend going here

I had a great time with La Posh Beauty Lounge. Excellent customer service, very friendly staffs and welcoming as well. Satisfaction guaranteed. Thank you so much for the service. The best pampering experience I had so far. I will be back again.
