My daughter used this company to move locally at the Gold Coast last week. She had Jake & Rudy and both men were quick,efficient and very careful with her property.The men were on time and helpful & friendly and we would definately use this company again..Thanks Jake & Rudy

This business is NOT a legitimate registered company as they lead you to believe, they are NOT accredited, and claims to the contrary are false, as the associations they claim to be accredited by do not exist. The multiple addresses shown on their website and in directories are all residential, and don’t belong to a depot. They charge depot to depot fees, despite their website saying that they don’t. I was forced to pay cash without a receipt for an incomplete move by careless, unprofessional movers, and then I was sent dodgy invoices including one that claimed that I hadn’t paid a cent and that I had an outstanding balance. After that I was just ignored. Don’t trust random unaccredited people in your home who can’t be held accountable when disputes arise. Check the Australian Furniture Removers Association to make sure that they are accredited professionals, check addresses for real depots, and check ABN numbers to make sure you are dealing with a legitimate registered company.
